Andrea D. Kirkham, ERYT 200- RYT 500
Owner/Instructor
After years of attending yoga classes and having two beautiful boys, Andrea became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance at YogaHom under the direction of Donna Dyer and continued her training at Three Rivers Yoga Institute where she received her RYT500. She has found that regular practice has helped her become a better mother, wife and member of the world community and she loves to share what she has learned with others.
Andrea teaches with an eclectic mix of styles with a playful and lighthearted attitude. She has studied the Hatha tradition, with influences of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and YinYang Yoga. Attending workshops with Desiree Rumbaugh, Leslie Kaminoff and Master Paulie Zink , Tim Miller and Max Strom have sparked a desire in Andrea to learn more. She founded Sangha Center in April of 2010 and looks forward to continuing opportunities to expand and share her knowledge!

Wes Krsul, RYT
Way back in the fall of 2006 Wes began his journey on the path of yoga
when he moved into an apartment that happened to be located three
blocks from a yoga studio. Little did he know how profoundly his life
would be forever changed for the better by some forward bends and sun
salutations. In short order, he lost count of the number of ways that
a regular asana practice had improved his life. Over the last four
years he has studied under, or at least taken a few classes from, a
number of the many excellent instructors in the Pittsburgh area. He
also has had the opportunity to attend workshops lead by Edward Clark
of Tripsichore, Desiree Rumbaugh, Paulie Zink, Tim Miller, and Leslie
Kaminoff. In 2009 Wes completed the 200 hour teacher training program
at YogaHom under Donna Dyer. He has been subbing classes at random
locations from Beaver to the South Side ever since. Wes
wholeheartedly believes that the journey is comprised of many paths,
and that all styles of yoga can offer immeasurable benefits to those
who are open to them. His approach to teaching emphasizes the
physically oriented aspects of breath, movement, and stillness. It is
his intent to humbly share with others the tidbits of yoga insight
that he continues to discover along the way.
Paul Richards, RYT
Paul Richards, RYT 200 is a multi style registered yoga teacher.Being a big man with a mill town upbringing, I am not a typical yogi. Growing up, I participated in most team sports, martial arts and continue to swim, bike, golf and bowl. My passion for yoga began over 10 years ago, and believe this journey is just beginning. Personally, yoga has become a fantastic diversion from the stresses of the corporate world. I find that teaching yoga is quite a compliment to my yogic practice, it is amazing what i have learned from studying advanced as well as beginning students. I look forward to sharing this wonderful journey with those who choose to walk this path of art, spirituality and athleticism. For my classes, I ask that my students bring an open mind, a big smile and willingness to tolerate my sense of humor.

Joan has participated in several YogaFit workshops as well as a seminar with Doug Swenson.
Joan teaches in a unique style blending Hatha, Iyengar and Astanga with a focus on physical movement, strength, pose alignment, breath and relaxation. She espouses YogaFit's philosophy that yoga is for everyone and teaches poses with modifications to suit everyone's level of expertise and/or physical limitations with no judgment and no expectations. She has also taught fusion classes blending other disciplines like spinning or weight training with yoga.
Joan and her husband of 29 years have 3 grown children and love to travel taking active vacations that include hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, kayaking and cycling.
Libby Black
Deeply moved by her first Ashtanga Yoga Practice, Libby knew it was her calling to teach and share her knowledge. Libby considers Tammy Tsai her most inspirational teacher, and has also studied with Kino MacGregor, Tim Miller, Kimberly Flynn, and Annie Pace. Libby resides in Patterson with her husband and two children. When she is not practicing yoga she enjoys walking, hiking and gardening. Libby brings a warmth to her students, while remaining true to the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga.
Nadia Eckert, RYT

The practice of yoga has enhanced and changed Nadia’s life
in so many ways. One way yoga has changed her life is by introducing her to
unwavering serenity during life’s storms. This sense of peace is what inspires
Nadia to teach others the benefits of this beautiful practice. Nadia has been
practicing yoga since 2004. In August 2010, Nadia completed her Yoga Alliance
200 hour training at Three Rivers Yoga Institute, Coraopolis, PA. She is continuing her training into the
Yoga Alliance 500 hour training, as well as working towards her Registered
PreNatal Yoga Teacher certificate through Yoga Alliance.
She has witnessed first hand the sense of calm, confidence,
and joy that yoga brought to her while pregnant with her children. This immense
time of transition in a woman’s life, is what draws Nadia to teach prenatal
Yoga. When Nadia is not at a studio, she is gratefully spending time with her
husband, Chris, and her children, Brody and Adelaide.
